The No EFIN Tax Pro — No Fee Split Plan is designed for tax professionals who hold a valid PTIN but do not have their own EFIN. This program allows you to prepare and electronically file tax returns under Your Tax Angels EFIN without sharing or splitting your client tax preparation fees.

Instead of a revenue-percentage-based fee split, Tax Professionals pay a one-time setup fee and a flat monthly access fee, based on the plan selected, with a minimum commitment of four (4) months. Tax Professionals retain 100% of the tax preparation fees they charge and collect from clients, subject to standard backend processing fees.

Backend Fees Disclosure

While no fee split is taken from your client preparation fees, the following backend fees may apply and are separate from the monthly access fee:

• Service Bureau / Platform Fees

• IRS E-File Transmission Fees

• Document Preparation & Processing Fees

• Bank Product / Transaction Fees (if applicable)

• Software-related or third-party pass-through fees

These fees:

Are non-commission based
Do not constitute a revenue split
May be charged per return, per service, or per transaction
Are subject to change based on vendor or regulatory requirements

Program Commitment & Payment Terms: By purchasing or enrolling in this program, you agree to the following: This program requires a minimum four (4) month commitment. Early cancellation, chargebacks, disputes, or voluntary termination during the minimum term does not release you from your payment obligations. All payments are non-refundable. To maintain discounted package pricing, you must prepare a minimum of ten (20) tax returns using bank products on or before February 22. If the required production quota is not met, the remaining balance of the package will be immediately adjusted to the full, non-discounted rate of $745.00. You authorize Your Tax Angels to collect any remaining balance using any lawful and authorized payment method on file, including but not limited to: • Withholding from tax preparation fees otherwise payable to you • Charging your card on file • ACH debit from your bank account on file • Any other approved payment method you have provided; Your Tax Angels reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately for non-payment, non-compliance, misuse, or violation of program policies.
